We are proud to announce that the Centre Monnet solar power plant is now operational in Louvain-La-Neuve.

This project is one of the largest solar power plant in Walloon Brabant. It represents 1MWp (10,000m2, 2500 solar panels); 900 MWh/year, which corresponds to approximately 420 tons of C02 saved every year, ie the consumption of the equivalent of 200 households or also the equivalent of 4.5 Million (!) km by electric car.

This project has been financed by Smart Energy Invest 2, our joint-venture with inBW and BW Invest which aims to offer third party investment for solar energy to all BW businesses.
