Your mission

Do you want to play a key role in the energy transition and develop large-scale solar projects? As a Business Developer, you support large consumers in the design and implementation of large-scale projects.

You identify and develop business opportunities with manufacturers, real estate developers, local authorities and key accounts. You will manage the entire sales cycle on complex projects combining PV, storage and EMS (500 kWp to several tens of MWp).

- Business development: you actively prospect new customers and you build and maintain a pipeline of qualified projects.

- Consultative approach: you analyse your customers' energy consumption, size the opportunities and present complete business cases (ROI, savings, carbon impact).

- Financial & contractual management: you advise your clients on appropriate financing models (PPA, individual or collective self-consumption) and negotiate complex contracts with high stakes.

- Monitoring & strategy: you will follow tariff and regulatory changes and public and private calls for tenders, and actively contribute to the regional commercial strategy, including rigorous follow-up in the CRM system.

- Customer relationships: you establish lasting relationships of trust with decision-makers, and develop the existing portfolio.

- Leadership: you drive alignment across internal teams and build the company's reputation as a leading voice in the French industrial solar market.

Your profile

We are looking for a driven entrepreneur - structured, analytical, and resilient - who can navigate complex, long-cycle deals and is ready to make their mark as the commercial reference in the French industrial solar market.

- Master's degree in engineering, finance or business school – strong technical and financial acumen.

- Minimum 5 years in B2B business development in energy, with significant experience in photovoltaics in France.

- At ease with long sales cycles (> 6 months) and projects > 500 k€.

- Good mastery of contractual mechanisms (EPC, O&M, PPA), local regulatory (APER law, subsidies, taxes, calls for tenders) and financial mechanisms (Excel modeling, ROI, payback time).

- Excellent sales skills, interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, autonomy, adaptability, perseverance, results orientation and team spirit.
