Initiated at the end of 2019 and inaugurated in January 2021, the "Parking Biohealth" project has been a great success for the city of Esch. It is moreover this kind of project that shows the importance of collaboration between several actors to succeed in the ecological transition of the country. On the one hand, the entrepreneurs and investors (natural or legal persons) who bring ideas and capital, and on the other hand, the financial institutions that allow them to realize their projects by providing the necessary financing.

In this case, the project was financed by Sudsolar Energy Invest II, a joint venture between Sudstroum and Enerdeal for the third-party financing of industrial solar photovoltaic projects (above 200 kWp or 2,000 m2)
