In view of the rapidly growing market expectations, Enerdeal, InBW and Invest BW have decided to set up a new company called "Smart Energy Invest 2", whose core value proposition is to promote, build, operate and finance industrial-scale solar photovoltaic power plants, ideally integrated with electromobility solutions, mainly but not exclusively aimed at companies and communities in Walloon Brabant.

ENERDEAL (http://www.enerdeal.com) is a company active in large-scale solar projects, with more than 200 references throughout Belgium, Luxembourg and as far away as Africa. In addition to its exclusive B2B positioning, Enerdeal stands out for the intelligent integration of a range of techniques (solar, charging stations, batteries, smart energy management system, etc.).
After several years of successful collaboration with InBW on various projects of this type (Louvain-la-Neuve, Saintes, Tubize, Perwez,...), as well as with Invest BW (ex-Nivelinvest) on more than thirty SMEs in the region, this strategic association meets a growing need of many companies that wish to obtain the best solution and at a lower cost in the face of the environmental challenges (CSR) and the major needs of the development of electromobility of their fleet of vehicles.

INBW, the Intercommunal of Walloon Brabant (http://www.inbw.be), is the economic and environmental partner of companies and communities in Walloon Brabant. Because of the major environmental issues at stake and the expected speed of the solutions to be implemented, InBW presents itself as the key player in the development and financing of infrastructures; the complementarity with Enerdeal was therefore obvious and strategically supported by the Board of Directors.

INVEST BW (formerly Nivelinvest, https://investbw.be/) aims to finance and support entrepreneurs in Walloon Brabant. Already present with many economic actors in the region, Invest BW wishes to deploy more and more value propositions bringing innovation and significant environmental impact. In view of its significant financial capacities and its long-term support to local companies, after a first successful experience with Enerdeal, this new step confirms and reinforces the importance of providing companies with robust, reliable solutions with tangible short-term effects.
